participatory using multiple modes and forms of communication so as to make the subject easy and learning enjoyable, try to make the subject understandable easily by giving simple examples based on the students backgroung (education, social and cultural, background) i belive in giving assignments, repeting the topics, giving case studies both individual and group work basis. i believe in counselling, mentoring and providing supportive supervision for all students. i prefer maintaining coordial relationship and providing motivation and promoting a team effort in the class which is much appreciated by most of my students.
