My teaching style is online and student-centered. I use digital platforms and tools to deliver instruction and content to my students remotely. I also empower my students to take more control and responsibility for their learning. I believe that online and student-centered learning can offer flexibility, accessibility, and personalization for both teachers and students.

My teaching methodology is based on experiential and game-based learning. I design and facilitate activities, tasks, assignments, assessments, feedback, and interactions that involve learning by doing and applying knowledge and skills to real-world situations and problems. I also use games or game elements to enhance the learning process and make it more fun, engaging, and interactive. Experiential and game-based learning can foster students' motivation, curiosity, problem-solving skills, feedback loops, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and reflection skills.

My flexibility, creativity, and reflection make me a better teacher. I am flexible in adapting my instruction and content to meet my student's diverse needs and abilities. I use differentiation to provide multiple options and choices for my students to learn at their own pace and level of readiness. I am creative in selecting or designing games, simulations, projects, field trips, internships, and service learning that are more relevant, challenging, and aligned with the learning objectives and outcomes. I reflect on using various data sources to inform my decisions and actions. I also provide clear instructions, guidance, and feedback to my students. I also create a supportive, safe, and respectful learning environment for my students.

This is my teaching style and methodology. I hope this gives you some insight into how I teach and learn.
