Hi! My name is Leah. I'm a Certified TEFL/TESOL teacher, based in the Philippines. As a child, English was my first language and used as our medium of instructions in school. I speak both English and Tagalog/Filipino.

I started teaching ESL in 2003 while finishing my Business degree. I also took up Interior Design prior to taking my Business course.
My lessons are mostly personalized and based on my students' needs, wants, reasons for learning, and interests. Learning is easier when you're having fun or at the very least, relatable to the student.
As a teacher, I am able to conduct group classes for a maximum of 3 learners per hour, however, I prefer 1:1 sessions so I am able to give my undivided attention during sessions, give quality and a meaningful learning experience to my student/s.

Fee details

    ₱400–800/hour (US$6.82–13.64/hour)

    Lessons are done online and personalized based on the learner's needs, wants and interests. Conversational classes are at minimum rate. However, rates increases on speciality courses, such as Business English, English for Professionals and /or Exam Preparation/Review.

Fabulous teaching skills

Leah is the best tutor I have ever had!
She is very responsible for her work. She is demanding, proactive and tactful. She explains everything very clearly, takes into account the wishes of the student. I like her teaching methods. I am happy to recommend her!
