I describe about my way of teaching I take one hour class which is divided in 4 parts.. 1st part we do workouts for full body. 2nd part we do Suryanamaskar/Chandranamaskar for 4-5 rounds. 3rd part we do some Asana it will focus on your problems that you are facing right now. 4th part we will end with Breathing exercises and Mudras. I have help my clients in solving problems like Migrain,High blood pressure, weight loss, knee. Many students who initially experienced irregular periods after joining my yoga classes have successfully found relief and achieved regularity through the practice.
