I would describe my teaching style as facilitator. I am building relationships, exploring topics creatively, and, of course, asking questions together to develop their critical thinking, abilities and their confidence. I want to improve self and group collaboration and use the group’s collective energy to support individual learning. I know it is not easy, but I will simply do my task to easily understand it. I want my learners to be open to me who they can ask freely and not to be ashamed when asking. I will build trust and good communications.
