AS a teacher/lecturer,i am happy to inform u that,i will explain the subject by understanding the student level.All students are not same,every student is unique in his subject so,analyzing the student requirement will explain the subject from basic to advance level.For easy understanding giving examples for the students to understand the subject.once subject explanation is completed giving some easy task related the subject,so that i will analyse students subject level which will provides information about the student,Motivation and some simple jokes makes me to attract the students.
