While hiring a teacher, one must focus on discipline, command on the subject, understanding and cooperation and hands-on experience related to the issues students face. Online mode of teaching sometimes create ambiguity among students regarding communication gap and lack of comprehension that definitely I would understand and prioritise as a challenge. I prefer to talk to students regarding their individual preferences and problems and try to enhance their self pace for study. Moreover, I motivate them and focus on challenging responsibilities and tasks. Certainly, my grip on the subject would be helpful to better utilize their skills and understand difficult concepts with brevity and in-depth comprehension. I teach after consulting plethora of research works and past papers, therefore, my interactive teaching methodology would Undoubtedly lead students towards success. I would also guide my students about creative ideas, spoken short cuts for accent buildup and vocabulary as a must along with idioms and other collocations. Looking forward to the passionate candidates who are willing to bring a positive change in their lives by learning a foreign language.
