Being a Masters Degree holder in Civil Engineering, i have a mastery and expertise in Civil Engineering and related fields that students will require.
As a Principal lecturer, i have a requisite experience and skills in tutoring and mentoring online and offline students for over 5 years.
In my training methodology, I apply digital literacy by using illustrative realia, videos, animations and case studies to explain civil engineering related concepts when tutoring.
To ensure effective content delivery, i do encourage student-teacher participation and thereafter making a follow up to ensure that the students have grasped the concepts.
The above approach has resulted to high students' performance.
Being also one of the departmental manager in the Institute, i have the ability to mentor the students to realize their professional dreams.

    Being a Principal Lecturer for 5 years, with the Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, i have enough experience, skills and knowledge to handle a learner from beginner level to expert level.
    Am the Head Of Civil Engineering Department at Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology with ability to nurture students until they achieve their professional goals.
    In addition, i have been a site supervisor, Institute material testing lab superintendent and this is an added advantage when it comes on field work.
