I've dealt with learners for quite sometime. They are delicate in nature. They need attention and language used is also a factor to concider. I'm also time conscious. I also communicate in time to avoid time wastage. My methods of teaching are based on the learning areas,strand and the learner's level. With the CBC in place, my teaching style vary too. I ensure that the core competencies are adhered to. My learner is the patient and I remain the doctor. My main aim is to nurture the learner's talent too. Given the opportunity can work under minimal supervision.
