Hi...I have a 15 years experience..I teach with full devotion...I take assessments from students as well...Discipline and punctuality are very important for me...I think if students have desire to learn they can achieve high high results..For achieving a high goal it's important both the students and teacher must be sincere to their jobs...so a good teacher with good teaching can accomplish his work with passionate students..I use different methodologies on the basis of intectuality of a student..My methodogy depends how able are the students in studies...childrens may be dull intelligent and average minded .so depends how's the student is...
