    As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Therapist, the primary role is to provide home, center and/or community based ABA services to clients. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, academic, ADLs and social skills.
    Other primary duties include monitoring the progress of a treatment plan and working closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary.
    Additionally responsible for the direct implementation of treatment plans related to individualized skill- acquisition programs and target behavior reduction.
