    As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Therapist, the primary role is to provide home, center and/or community based ABA services to clients. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, academic, ADLs and social skills.
    Other primary duties include monitoring the progress of a treatment plan and working closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary.
    Additionally responsible for the direct implementation of treatment plans related to individualized skill- acquisition programs and target behavior reduction.

    Selected as an Academic Advisor to represent the Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Higher Education to promote the holistic development of local high school students (years 10 and 11) while encouraging them to achieve merit university standards.
    Main responsibilities include counseling through the college selection process and future career planning, reviewing transcripts and required materials for selected universities, assisting in writing resumes, offering constructive feedback to improve personal statements and writing supplements, providing recommendations for local volunteer opportunities and co-curricular activities, and plan and conduct orientation programs and group conferences geared to students as they transition into the next stages of their academic journey.
