Hello, I'm Rifaa. I'm very competent with English, Kiswahili and French.
I'm very welcoming and strong-willed.
What makes me a great teacher is my kindness and patience which helps me to understand my students.
I use the the demonstrator style, whereby I still retain a lot of authority but I'm also more open to trying a student-centered approach to teaching.
I encourage my students to come up with problem-solving strategies, ask questions and simulate what they’ve just learned.
I often go beyond lectures, showing presentations, images, films and experiments. Students are encouraged to take notes and ask questions at the end /
