Research Experience - Nisha's Research Experience covers extensively across all Cyber Security domains, all disciplines within Technology, all aspects of Business, IT, Accounts, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Management. She is highly knowledgeable in Qualitative and Quantitative methods structures and Research Methodology coupled with University pedagogy.

Nisha is a hugely academic individual who has studied Electronic Engineering in Cardiff University, Wales. She worked in Semi-Conductor technology for 8 years as a Lead Engineer and then went on to support and provide training in both Oracle CRM and its financial packages. Nisha has an astounding amount of qualifications which assists her in the role of Director within the business. Amongst these include Accounting degree and a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Information Technology and now holds a PhD in Cyber Security. She hold awards from the Knowledge Economic Social Scholarship Fund (KESS2) and Welsh Government for her research in Cyber Security during her PhD Tenure. She currently tutors at universities around South Wales in both Cardiff Metropolitan University, Glyndwr University and University of South Wales in Cyber Security,
Nisha has worked in a wide variety of fields including application engineering and support, project management and training which has made her the enthusiastic and motivating individual she is today. With such varied backgrounds Nisha is very familiar with both the technical and personal aspects of the workplace and is a real “people person”. Nisha is also heavily involved in charity work, is a black belt Taekwondo and frequently organizes Galas and musical performances for the public to enjoy.

Nisha is DBS (UK Safeguarding Check ) checked.
