Hello, future doctors! I'm so excited to be here with you today and share my passion for pathology. Pathology is not just about memorizing diseases and their causes, it's about understanding the mechanisms and the processes that underlie health and illness. It's about solving puzzles and finding clues that can help diagnose, treat and prevent diseases. It's about exploring the amazing diversity and complexity of the human body and how it responds to different challenges. Pathology is fascinating, fun and rewarding, and I'm here to show you why. In this course, we will cover the basics of general pathology, such as inflammation, necrosis, apoptosis, neoplasia, etc. We will also dive into the specific pathology of various organ systems, such as cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, etc. We will use a variety of methods to learn pathology, such as lectures, case studies, quizzes, lab sessions, etc.are their insights and experiences with pathology.
