Confidence and encouraging students that they can achieve their goals.I also encourage them to ensure thorough practice to promote their understanding.I also do a lot of sums in each topic to ensure the student understands.Believing in myself makes me a great teacher After teaching the students I give them assignments which they score so highly and later an exam which determines their knowledge capacity helping me to know how to raise it to the desired level.I also reward the most performed and the most improved students making the others strive to be the best or to improve their performance
