I've been in this industry for 8 years. Throughout these years working as a teacher in different institutions had helped me a lot growing as a professional teacher. It also helped me to understand what students mostly needed when they are learning. Of course, learning should also be fun for them. It's not only about books but as well as engaging games related to the lesson and caring for their well being too. It is said that teachers are the second parents of the students so care and consideration should also be possesed by the teacher. The focus should always be the student to make them the best version of themselves as they develop and grow to what they wanted to be in the future while the teacher is supporting and nourishing them. So as a teacher i believe in the progressivist view of teaching.

    I manage classroom environment for safe, authentic and engaging to promote growth and learning experience as well as supervise students within the classroom and other assigned areas; develop then execute lesson plans and delivers group and individual instructions within established curriculum guidelines; provides strategies and techniques that help student’s learning capabilities; create progress report, report cards and other necessary documents in line with DepEd memorandum required by the school; maintain student’s works and development; collaborating with other teachers and school administrators in addressing instructional or classroom issues and create extra curricular activities; respond to wide range of inquiries from student’s parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student’s progress; and provide appropriate instructions and activities that incorporate for both regular students and some few students with special requirements (mild disability) for the purpose of engaging them to a normal environment and for them to adapt to normal classroom habits as a Grade 2 teacher at Little Angels Montessori School. Furthermore, I outline lesson plans and Instructional Materials to be used for the classes according to various ages of students which are from 7 years old to adult age and their choice of course mostly IELTS and TOEIC. Preparing lesson materials, lesson flows and different type of activities for group classes. Provide assistance in the preparation beforehand of extra curricular activities and afterwards as well as an aid for the students presentation at First Choice English Academy.
