I would teach my students how they like to study, would share interesting stories related to topics to increase their knowledge and better understand text books, they can ask questions related to lessons next day. will ask about previous lesson next day and if need will take short quiz monthly. I like to teach in a friendly way but with the respect of teacher student relationship. student should provide text book and with mutual discussion can choose study style as I believe individuals vary in personality and IQ.
