I try to lift the students to their goals. I try to get students mentality with friendly i maintain a relation with student as a friend if whats the conclusion students have with this relation students can ask me friendly basic knowledge and bold points i provide, also helping students for their assignments. leaves are not acceptable. i teach whole week at the exams time students should be active, hardworker and punctual. I give homework practice at home which i shouod completed otherwise i punish if students complete their task i appreciate otherwise i punish strickly
