I think that a teaching style is based on depends the students individuals need.I prefer to follow some techniqes to motivate my students so that they can make a good result in exam depend themselves only.I try to follow some method those who r weak in specially math and english subjects.I also guide to improve the students potentiality nd possibilities.I take a weekly based exam to mesure nd justify students improvements.I also check homework,assignments etc of which students provided by me..Finally,I also inform to gurdians to notice the students progresses day by day..
