First I usually assess the student so that I can get to know his or her weak areas.
Secondly, I make analysis on the teaching style and how the student can be able to understand and grasp content and ideas so easily.
On the methodology most of the time I use past papers to teach the students because the more you revise the past papers the more you get the idea on how to tackle the questions.
And on the results side am glad that I usually see my students improving in terms of performance at school.
