I prefere to teach on a one to one basis. Students can always get back to me with a query or a doubt. I am willing to explain to the student in way which they will understand. The one to one method helps me to tailor my teaching ways and cater to the needs of the particular student. I have been in teaching for around four years now and I have always encouraged my students to be forthcoming about their problems. I go out of my way to help my students overlooking the fact that, that may not be my duty/job.
Tip: You hire me or not is up to you, but a great way to improve your reading/writing skills is to read vigorously.
