I have a good eye for students as I have been through that age as well. I know what students expect from their teachers and I'm willing to teach by giving my time and energy. I will go down to their level of understanding and try to support and be helpful along the way. I try to teach out of the box and extract knowledge from various platforms other than just books so that the student is well prepared. I will also help on how to make useful notes and embed things in mind just so the student has clear concepts and have a mind of their own.
