I have been teaching in one of the prestigeous ESL company and have taught students of different nationalites and level of communication skills and for more than 4 years of teaching, I have gathered a lot of teaching strategies and techniques on how to handle students of different ages in both one on one and group classes. Additionally, I worked as a Substitute High School teacher in a government or public school under DepEd Cebu Province for three months. I performed instruction and classroom management for group classes and taught MAPEH, ESP and FILIPINO subjects from grade 7 to grade 10. My main goal as a teacher is not only to instill grammar rules and to student but also to learn that language and subjects in the most joyful way that is why I always ask my students' goal in learning the language because their goal are also mine.
