Being an engineering graduate with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and working with different organizations helped me gain insight into how one can conceptually understand a concept without worrying about its difficulty. I had not taken any coaching during my entire studies which made me understand the fact that what are the pain points of a student and what are the various things that can bother an average or below-average student to score well in an exam.
Furthermore, as a teacher, my main role is to make a student comfortable with the subject so that he/she can gain confidence in making the subjects his/her own. Good results only come when there is no fear of dealing with a difficult situation, as fear occurs due to our inability to perform the required actions in a specific situation. To overcome fear first is to gain knowledge about the subject which gives confidence to the student that he/she is now capable of handling the subject very well and good results are an outcome of all these when brought together.
This approach is met with 3 things put together, first is understanding the concept, second is remembering or learning by practice and third, the most important is mastering it with more practice by solving challenging problems.
Not only this, the same approach with one more key ingredient which is proper handholding is followed for Good performers to make them even better and excellent performers by making them think from a broader perspective and making them high-performing individuals

Rohit Sir's Java Class: Clear, Engaging, and Effective Learning Journey

Rohit Sir's class for learning Java is really helpful. He has a very good knowledge of the subject and teaches it in a way that's easy to understand. I was not good at Java initially and struggled with very basic programming concepts, but he made it so easy to understand it better.
