Teaching is my passion, and I believe that aside from knowledge and skills loving your profession is one of the big factors to be an effective teacher. I always do my best to make the discussion light and fun even though lesson is difficult. I uses different teaching strategies and approaches to check which one is fit to the learners, because I believe learners have different learning style and level of comprehension. As a math teacher in todays generation, I also believe that it is important to be a "happy" teacher. A happy teacher that would help the learner to love the teaching and learning process. A happy teacher that is well equipped with 21st century knowledge, skills and good moral values to be imparted with the students. That could help them to develop and reach their full potential not just a student, but as good, responsible and competent individual.
