Creative and inventive approaches to get student learning by using various techniques of gasification, reward systems and competitions. I believed students can be mirrored to identify the right tailored strategies to utilize in learning. Another approach I utilized is building student confidence in participation and responding to questions. Getting parents also to understand difficult concept in maths so that when homework is given parents can also guide students development and concept of a topic. Role play of topics where students portray a character from the content to reinforce learning. My motto is that every child can master his or her own destiny through supervision and hard work
