Listening to each other and having good communication is key for a better teacher-student relationship. I usually try to get what my student wants from me. I also try to get into the problems what my student is facing amd try to solve them. A teacher is someone who is responsible for making person a diamond from a coal. And i believe that everyone have potential in them and they are better at things we just have to discover and polish them. All students can learn and succeed but not in the same way or same day. I was once a student and i don't want my students to face the problems i faced. I believe in friendly environment of study so that students can easily ask questions.
