I have completed my graduation in arts from government college. I got good grade .I have 11 years experience . My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a love of learning whole critical thinking and problem solving .I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of student. I encourage in nurturing the natural curiosity of students encourage them to exploring, question and collaborate. I used latest educational trends and methodology.My goal is to make complex concepts,ensuring that every student can grasp and apply the confidently. I did Montessori diploma . I got second position. I bring a unique understanding of early child development .My approach is rooted in respect for each child's peace of learning.i am committed to fostering not only academic excellence but also holistic development of each student.i aim to instill a sense of responsibility, creativity and critical thinking in every student. My student's parents always appreciate and happy with my teaching methods .parents responsibility always good. Continuous professional trend development is priority for me,ensuring that I stay abreast of latest educational trends and best practice .y goal is to cultivate a lifelong love for learning on my students . As a new comer young and energetic teacher I successfully coordinated the other school activities to create a confidence, leadership and forecasting a sense of community among the student. I enable the students how to do smart study as well as how to use technology to make your studies easy. Received and prestiges BEST TEACHER and BEST PLANNER activities designed for students. I did a lot of work on weak students to solving their problem and show good result in study.
