I teach at student pace. The Methodology I deploy is learner centred . The student benefits from me as he/she is free to interact with me by asking questions about topics not understood . I supply my students 2ith short notes and formulars for quick mastery of content . Thus, clear recall of information during exams . The students improve in exam performance as they find learning easy and interesting. The main goal of education is to bring out the potential within a student and therefore with the skills that I have, I can motivate a learner to find purpose in learning .
