I'm an educator who believes studying is easier when you're comfortable to share your thoughts on problems, so I create a connection with my students to know their strengths and weaknesses not just in their studies but also how they comport themselves to help them improve and be who they are meant to be; leaders. My goal is to improve students' critical thinking skills, using the process above I believe students' average test scores would improve by a reasonable percentage. Being a ND graduate who just finished high school about 4 years ago, I'm certain my explanations would be easier to assimilate.
