I have been tutoring Mathematics for over 11 years and I have a passion for numbers. What I value the most is helping students understand that Mathematics is not as difficult as people make it out to be. I have different methods of teaching but the one thing I don't take for granted is the mastering of basics (algebra). Helping students fully understand the concepts of algebra has made it easier for them to solve more complex problems from any mathematics chapter.

I always require the best from my students, anything less than a distinction is not acceptable. I believe that every student has the capability to get a distinction in Mathematics and I have seen that with myself. I did not grow up knowing math and I used to fail it. Until my final year in high school, that's when everything changed, I practiced more and got a full understanding of the subject. I ended up getting a distinction. That is why my wish is for every student I tutor to get a distinction, regardless of their previous results.
