I as a novice teacher understand that we are in different times now and how we teach our learners has to be approached differently . The teaching style I use would be explaining concepts practically and again using theory. During my teaching experience I would engage in practicals with my students and that helped them remember the concepts and what they had to learn. I obtained really good results with my learners, together with their willing dedication. I believe in a learner having a good learner, teacher relationship so they can also enjoy the teaching. What makes me a great teacher, is that I have a caring heart towards learners. I also go an extra mile for learner with learning barriers as to help them and for me to understand how I can help.
