Mathematics is a subject which is scary for most of the students. Main reason for this is lack of basic problem solving skills and difficulties in properly analysing question and arriving at a right approach to solve. I mainly concentrate on creating a curiosity in subject and motivating them to solve problems.
My first focus will be on a bridge course to cover the learning gaps and then slowly I'll focus on explaining the concepts and making children understand in a simple way and then do a plenty of problems from simple to difficult.
Some children have problem in applying the concepts in the problems. A few questions will be explained in detail and similar type of questions will
be worked in class and some will be given assignment. Solution to the problems will be discussed the very next day. With this students will get interest in solving problems and they will get a mind map of the concepts.
Lastly tests will be conducted on a regular basis. With that students will get a complete hold on the subject .By the end my children will enjoy the subject!!
