Despite having 18 years of teaching experience i am still quite motivated as when I see my students prosper. I think there are many students that can shine brighter with my guidance. I will teach with lecture method to clear their concepts and give relevant examples to them. I will prefer to use a.v aids during lectures that make the topic easier for my students. At the end of the semester/ term I make sure my students are able to get a fine grip on the topics. I will make sure to take weekly, biweekly and monthly test on time.
