I teach by question and answer method and by clearing the concepts and basics of students.
I don't prefer rote learning. I love to bring up my slow learners. It is important for me that if a student is getting my point or not. I may change my method according to the student as everyone is having a different mind. I love to teach with creative ideas along with activities which provokes the interest of students in study. According to me a good teacher is that who understands and observes his or her student's psyche.
