Hi there, I am Michelle Galvez from Philippines, you can call me teacher M for short, I'm 32 years old
I completed my ESL training in the year 2021 in Clairvoyance ESL training and have 1 one year experience as a freelancer ESL teacher. I am a TEFL Holder ( Teaching English as a Foreign Language ). If you choose me as your English teacher, I'll make sure that our class is fun and enjoyable while you are learning because I do believe school / learning something must be fun and not boring. In my classroom I use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. For example I may reward students with praise, stickers, props like stars for demonstrating positive behaviors such as active participation, good manners, being respectful and good listeners. I also believe in addressing correcting negative behavior in a proactive manner. My hobbies are designing digital editing, lettering I love arts I can make my own visual aids that's my talent. Overall, my experience as a freelancer ESL teacher has taught me to develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of English language learners, and I am excited to continue my journey in this field.
