I am used to:
Revise and study chapter one day earlier, informal discussion on it, work on weak grounds, conduct daily MCQs, monthly and weekly tests, help to complete assignments, go through upcoming lesson, educational motivation, repeat sentences while teaching, communicate through relevant/understandable language, use terminologies while teaching, task/course oriented, etc.
Furthermore, teach from guess and model papers in order to get higher score; try to find reason of learning a unit; clear topic's who, what, why, when and how, etc.
Moreover I'll try not to lose temper on low response from students.
