I am a highly qualified aviation professional with diverse experience in the industry. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration in Airline and Airport Management, a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, and two diplomas in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Mechatronics.

Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of experience in different aspects of the aviation industry, from teaching and mentoring aviation students to supervising ground operations for domestic and international airlines. My roles as an Assistant Professor in T John College, Online Lecturer in Jain Online, Junior Faculty at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University and a visiting professor at ISBR College in Bangalore have honed my skills in teaching and mentoring students. Meanwhile, my position as a Customer Service Team Leader and Aircraft Turnaround Coordinator at Air India SATS Private Limited has given me practical experience in supervising ground operations.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a certified Airline Customer Service Trainer from Aerospace and Aviation Skill Sector Council (AASSC) under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), I also hold various certifications from prominent aviation organizations such as Airports Council International, the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and GMR Aviation Academy. I am also fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and have a working knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.
