Hello everyone! I am Teacher Manel. I was born and raised in the Philippines. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. So, I started my career as an HR Specialist before I have become an English Teacher.
Regarding my teaching experience, I have been teaching English for more than 10 years now. I have taught students from different parts of the world such as Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, Mexico, and Poland. I enjoy meeting students and helping them meet their goals in learning English. I treat each student as an individual with their own needs and interests when it comes to preparing a lesson. Above all, I strive to ensure that students feel the value of having an English class with me.
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, TV series, and cool videos. I also love listening to music, singing, and dancing. Reading books such as novels and magazines makes me calm.
Outside of my teaching experience, I have also worked as an Administrative Assistant in the corporate world, where I utilized my communication, clerical, and organizational skills to ensure that all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
I believe my extensive experience in teaching English and working in the office have helped me to hone my interpersonal and communication skills.
