I am a very passionate and motivated individual who loves her work and learners. I prefer the learner-centred methods because it allows learners to own the content and feel free to do things on their own and allow me to help them where need be. I'm also available whenever they need me even after hours and assist them where they need help. I have taught both internal and external classes and the results have always been satisfactory and if given a chance, I'd excel and meet each learner's needs.
