A Sadhak who believes to share knowledge to make the learners comprehend their inner self. I started as an Engineering graduate who then completed Yoga Instructor course from SVYASA, Bangalore. I then effectively did Purohit course and Vedic Mantra and Vedanta from Chinmaya Mission. As per my multifaceted dynamics- I have done Devi Upasana practice from Kerala and Devipuram. I have learnt various levels of Reiki. I was then introduced to Vipassana Meditation and Nichiren Buddhism. I have worked primarily with two prominent Osho centres in India as an Advisor and Facilitator. My methodology includes simple, yet practical skills wherein learners would understand their innermost selves, the truth within- in an effective way. While, my teaching style is based on the fundamentals of Vedic mantras mastering in Krishna Yajurveda. My techniques include both traditional and modern active meditation which can be practically applied in everyday lives to seek balance and harmony with one's true self. Identifying one's true potential and spiritual inclination by giving scientifically proven meditation methods like Mind, sound, resonance technique, cyclic meditation and meditation styles that had been introduced since 2,500 years. An amalgamation of both ancient and modern techniques for the learner's better lives is what I foresee myself in mastering. Additionally, for ardent and advanced seekers, I could introduce the learners to Shakti Sadhana and Shodashopachara Pooja.
