Well I Mrs Srijita try to do a lot of things:

I try to make my lessons as real and relevant as possible.
I always try to make lesson fun and engaging.
I try to help my students get the highest grades possible and try to inspire them for learn with fun..
As a teacher I also respect them and listen to my students.
I can also try to understand their Psychology

My two biggest weaknesses are:
I Mrs Srijita Acharjee declared that my biggest weakness I cannot behave very strictly with my students. I teach them with a lots natural reality videos. by through they can also love their studies and grow interests in their studies.
