I've always been passionate about teaching and make use of feynman technique to learn and teach.That is an extremely effective way and always worked for me. I'll be sharing some personal strategies and resources that i used during my usmle preparation and that helped me immensely. I make use of active recall and spaced repetition in order to make help the information stick for longer time. I've passed usmle step1 and currently preparing for step2CK. I've always secured a CGPA of >3.5 in all 4 years of medschool.
