I have 24 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I've taught students across all levels, from Year 1 to Year 6. I hold a Master's degree and have plans to pursue my doctorate, my commitment to ongoing learning reflects my passion for education. I am patient, kind, and understanding. Rather than pressuring students to finish tasks, I believe in gently guiding them to achieve their best. I specialize in implementing effective phonics strategies to nurture strong reading skills in students. One of my proudest achievements is witnessing the transformation of struggling readers into proficient, well-mannered individuals in my care. As an examiner for previous UPSR English papers, I have gained insights that enrich my teaching methods. I am highly dedicated and efficient in my approach to teaching. My commitment to excellence has consistently resulted in achieving the best outcomes for my students. I take pride in fostering an environment that encourages learning and in ensuring each student reaches their full potential as well as in giving them the courage to face challenges.
