I teach by lecturing and incorporating of slides containing the subject matter.method of evaluation is formative and summative.I am a great teacher because I work to identify the learner's differences and choose a method of learning that favours the learner this ensures complete grasping of the subject matter.The results obtained from evaluation is a good measure of understanding by the learner thus making learning more effective.Real life examples are also incorporated in the learning process as well as relevant calculations.Lastly my joy is seeing learner's happy with themselves since they have achieved their goals with my help
