I actually make sure students understand the concept.No matter how many times students ask questions i make sure to address them. My students always interact with me and make sure students are engaged and not bored.
I conduct demo class and make sure both myself and students are comfortable with each other. Understanding what is needed can be found in demo class and accordingly classes can be scheduled
Students can always get my previous students feedback as well
Regular practice and tests will be conducted and students can also be flexible with the class

I make sure to get feedback from the parents on regular intervals and act accordingly. My classes will have limited students and individual concentration for each student will be higher so i will be able to clear my students doubts.

At the end of my class homework will be given and also try to teach them mental maths based on the time availability

Last student can always be upfront me and i prefer student to ask more doubts and am always happy to teach and clear all the doubts as and when they need
