    Provided academic support (daily) to an average of 20 struggling Software Engineering students daily, both in-person (using a whiteboard) and online, to help them improve their self-directed learning journey.
    Gathered student feedback during these interactions to help the institution ALU improve the self-directed learning model.
    Developed an open-source bash program using Shell that installs Linux commands, allowing students to save 70% of their time by automating tasks irrelevant to their learning objectives.
