I believe in teaching where I am not only a teacher but a friend and guide as well. The student has complete access to me for minor problems anytime. If the student finds some chapter difficult then I start with basics even if it involves going to previous grades. With time the student starts enjoying the subject and gains confidence. After this stage it is a smooth flow. The syllabus is completed at least 2 months before final exams along with past papers. Then more past papers are solved for complete preparation.
