Hi there, everybody 👋 We are a certified Holistic Health Practitioner Coach and we provide online and in-person yoga classes (Kundalini, Ying Yang, Surya Namaskar, Asanas for immunity building, posture correction, pain & stress reliving, asanas for increasing lung capacity), as well as core strengthening/pilate practices, for children, adults, and senior citizens. Each enrolled individual will receive a complimentary personalised diet plan in addition to strength training sessions (body weight exercise, low impact aerobics). We are also certified in French, and we offer both in-person and online instruction.
