I am a teacher that makes learning fun and enjoyable for my students especially in Math and Reading however being strict sometimes can also help to have a good results, I am more focus in student centered strategies where in asking my students ideas or exchange of ideas between is the important part of learning that proves if he/she can relate the lesson that we are studying. For me as a teacher there is no right and wrong answer as long as it comes what you understand and trying to have a good answer independently. A great teacher can make the students confident to their answer, be a role model, and develop childs good characters more than anything, helping them to become a good person, having a good attitude and build respect to people aroud them is an achievement as a teacher.
